You are going to be able to choose between the drawing mode and coloring mode. In the first one, you use the pencils to add to the incomplete images of characters from these shows whatever it is you want, as it is totally up to your imagination how the end-result is going to look.
For the coloring part, choose one of the coloring pages available, and then start coloring using the multitude of available colors, clicking and holding the left mouse button while moving it around in order to apply said colors, simple as that.
